Palm oil is an edible vegetable oil derived from the palm fruit. It's a high-quality oil widely used in cooking, cleaning, and cosmetic products.
Refined Palm Oil: This light yellow, semi-solid oil (liquid when heated) is obtained by refining crude palm oil. It enhances the texture and taste of various products, from margarine and confectionery to chocolate and ice cream.
RBD Palm Olein (Refined, Bleached, Deodorized): Produced by separating refined palm oil into liquid (olein) and solid (stearin) parts, RBD palm olein is a clear yellow liquid at room temperature. Its neutral odor and flavor make it a popular choice for cooking and frying.
Palm Stearin (Vegetable Fat): This white, solid fraction of palm oil is produced through crystallization. It's primarily used in shortenings and ghee.
Sunflower oil is an edible vegetable oil made by pressing and processing sunflower seeds. Refined sunflower oil is clear, light amber, and remains liquid at room temperature. It's used as cooking (frying) oil and in personal care products.
High-Linoleic Sunflower Oil: Typically contains at least 69% linoleic (polyunsaturated) acid.
High-Oleic Sunflower Oil: Features at least 80% oleic (monounsaturated) acid and is considered one of the healthiest oils due to its lower polyunsaturated fat content.
RBDW Sunflower Oil (Refined, Bleached, Deodorized, Winterized): This oil undergoes further processing after refining, resulting in a clear, light amber liquid that remains stable at room temperature. It's a very stable edible oil with a long shelf life.
Soybean oil is one of the most widely consumed cooking oils, extracted by crushing and chemically processing soybeans, followed by refining and sometimes hydrogenation.
Hydrogenated Soybean Oil: Through hydrogenation, this oil becomes denser, making it suitable for deep frying and food manufacturing, such as in margarine and other butter substitutes.
Crude Soybean Oil: This unrefined oil is darker amber, semi-solid at room temperature, and melts into an amber liquid when heated.
Tallow is a rendered form of animal fat (from suet) used in cooking, animal feed, soap manufacturing, and historically, candles. It's solid at room temperature and can be stored for extended periods without refrigeration in sealed containers.
Extra Fancy Tallow: A prime-grade tallow refined and bleached with organic clay. It's used in soap and oleochemical manufacturing, as well as for animal feed.
Top White Tallow: Also a prime-grade tallow, refined and bleached, slightly lower in grade than extra fancy. It's used in soap and oleochemical manufacturing, as well as for animal feed.
Yellow Grease: A lower-grade tallow produced during the rendering process, primarily used for animal feed.
Corn oil (maize oil) is an edible vegetable oil extracted from the germ of corn kernels. It's often a key ingredient in margarine and generally more cost-effective than other vegetable oils.
Refined Corn Oil: Obtained from refining crude corn oil, it's an amber liquid that remains fluid at room temperature. Its high smoke point makes it an excellent frying oil.
