Andrew Ho
TOCH Corp.,
During the COVID-19 pandemic, drawing on my experience working with the Obama administration, I founded two government procurement companies: MD Direction Inc. and Stat Medical Resources Inc. Both are SBA-certified 8(a), HUBZone, and minority-owned enterprises specializing in securing government contracts for medical supplies and essential resources.
With over 30 years of combined experience in the medical and government contracting sectors, our physician-led teams have successfully facilitated contracts for a wide range of government agencies and private corporations. Our deep expertise and trusted relationships provide clients with a strategic advantage in navigating complex procurement processes.
While our foundation lies in medical contracting, our network and capabilities have expanded to include food procurement, petroleum products, and both precious and semi-precious metals. Our greatest strengths are the depth of our industry experience and the invaluable partnerships we’ve built with manufacturers and distributors around the world.
Fred Yaple
TOCH Corp.,
Fred Yaple is a seasoned entrepreneur and business strategist with decades of experience in alternative marketing, product development, and clean energy. He founded Yaple Associates in 1981, focusing on innovative marketing channels for major retail manufacturers.
In 2008, Fred launched Elite Marketing, specializing in the medical device market, and developed a nationwide client base across DME and pharmacy sectors. He also served as Partner and Senior Vice President at Invents Inc, a company dedicated to product development and commercialization. Under his leadership, Invents created solutions for the commercial kitchen industry while quietly advancing initiatives in sustainable energy.
In 2010, Invents Inc partnered with Novargi of Spain to introduce micro gas-to-liquid processing units to the U.S. During the Marcellus and Utica shale boom, Fred led negotiations with the Pennsylvania state government and Shell to deploy a 6,000-barrel-per-day conversion unit at the wellhead—turning natural gas into synthetic liquid fuels. Although shifting political landscapes ultimately halted the project, the initiative underscored Fred’s forward-thinking approach to energy innovation.
